Missoula Green Map: A guide to places and resources that make Missoula a more sustainable community

Welcome to the Missoula Green Map

Your guide to places and resources that make Missoula a more sustainable community

bicyclist and pedestrian on the Higgins Ave. bridge, Missoula

Consider this map a starting point for living a more sustainable life and an opportunity for your business or non-profit organization to network and help build a more sustainable community.

The map is not all-inclusive. You may wonder, why is my business/organization/agency not on this map? I am happy to answer any and all questions regarding the selection criteria we used and am willing to consider any entity for potential listing on the map.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy Brauer (of the Green Map System) when she visited Missoula in September, 2008. The lecture she gave and the enthusiastic, young students she drew to her presentation re-energized me to get this site updated!

By the way, if anyone out there is interested in volunteering to help me with website maintenance or building an online database, please contact me!

Most Sincerely,

Rebecca Richter, Missoula Green Map Coordinator
